Q1: When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days after ordering. An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address once the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse based on your location.

Q2. Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes faster. You will receive a shipment email when your order has been shipped, but please check your SPAM/Junk box in case it has ended up there. If you can't find your dispatch email or think you've deleted it, please contact us and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched.

Q3. My item arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?

Firstly, we apologize if this has happened. To help us fix it, please take pictures and send them to us. Once we receive them, our team will take care of it. We must be notified within 48 hours of the package's arrival and are also not responsible for any packaging damage as it is the courier's job to handle it with care. This is beyond our control.
